In this role, you will be responsible for performing inspection services to ensure that the work carried out by contractors and the materials supplied by vendors meet the specified requirements outlined in contracts. Specifically, you will be working on the Jeddah Central Development Company (JCDC) project, focusing on infrastructure development. The ideal candidate should possess a Technical Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical, along with at least ten years of overall experience and six years of specific experience in MEP projects. Additionally, being a competent MEP Inspector with excellent communication skills is crucial for success in this role.
The desired candidate should also have a strong background in infrastructure projects and community projects related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP). Familiarity with industry standards and specifications is essential, as well as knowledge of QMS ISO 9001:2015. The ability to write detailed inspection reports and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) is required.
