We are currently seeking a highly motivated Country Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction and leadership to the team within the country, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives. Responsibilities include contributing to the development of the company's strategy with a focus on country growth and expansion, owning and optimizing ULS footprint in the country, identifying potential M&A targets, supporting business performance including cost efficiencies, maintaining strong customer satisfaction levels, building ULS brand recognition locally, monitoring market opportunities and trends while fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience with an MBA or bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. Strong leadership skills are required to engage with regulators, manufacturers at leadership levels as well as navigate regulations effectively. Experience in mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and strategic partnerships is advantageous along with proficiency in internal collaboration across diverse departments.
