As the Country Manager, you will provide strategic direction and leadership to our team in Saudi Arabia to ensure alignment with the company's overall goals. You will contribute to the development of the company's strategy with a focus on country growth and expansion. Your responsibilities will include optimizing ULS footprint in the country, ensuring the success of major investments, identifying potential M&A targets, supporting business performance, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, building brand recognition locally, and providing regular updates on country performance.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 10-15 years of relevant experience with an MBA or bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic is required. You must possess a self-driven attitude with strategic thinking skills and a passion for growth. In-depth familiarity with the KSA market is essential along with confidence in representing ULS externally at senior levels. Strong leadership abilities, multitasking skills, internal collaboration proficiency across diverse departments are necessary qualities for this position.
