United Motors Company, a leading automotive company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing Customs Authority affairs and formalities related to vehicle imports and exports. This includes updating vehicle data, coordinating with Customs Authorities, preparing authorization letters for clearing agents, and ensuring timely payment of customs duties to avoid delays. You will also be responsible for liaising with the Government and Public Relation Traffic department to facilitate the issuance of necessary documents for sold vehicles.
In addition, you will act as a liaison between the company and the Gulf Standard Organization (GSO) to obtain Conformity Certificates for imported vehicles. You will receive these certificates from manufacturers and ensure they are forwarded to Customs Authorities for clearance purposes. Your role will involve mediating any support needed from GSO and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
