As the Vehicle Logistics Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in monitoring, controlling, and recording all transactions and movements of vehicles. Your responsibilities will include overseeing marine claims by liaising with the Stockyard controller to gather necessary documents for filing with the insurer-SANAD. You will be responsible for ensuring early settlement of marine claims by working closely with the Head Office-Finance-Insurance Department. Additionally, you will monitor and follow up on medical insurance requirements for all staff members, collaborating with the Admin Department to file medical claims and communicate with insurer-SANAD regarding medical necessities.
In this role, you will also oversee the distribution, control, and monitoring of original GTPs (Guaranteed Time Passes). This involves receiving original GTPs from customs agents, securely storing them, maintaining accurate records of received GTPs, and ensuring their proper distribution. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in managing these tasks effectively.
