As the Director of Operations, your key responsibilities will include operational leadership, project management, team management, process optimization, compliance, and risk management. You will oversee end-to-end operations for projects across the region and market, develop operational strategies to achieve company goals, and streamline day-to-day operations both internally and in project requirements. Managing multiple megaprojects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure internal requirements are met will be essential.
In order to excel in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management or related field along with 10+ years of experience in operations or project management within construction technology or a related industry. Strong leadership skills, proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or similar software, excellent problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel as needed are also required qualifications.
