We are currently looking for an exceptional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our client's team as the HRBP KSA+. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, strategic, and possess a growth mindset. As the HRBP KSA+, you will play a crucial role as a key business partner to the leadership team in KSA+ and drive impactful regional projects. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of HR by being a core member of the KSA+ Leadership Team and Culture & People team for Emerging Markets.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, advising managers on all HR-related matters. You will be responsible for developing and executing the Culture & People Agenda for KSA+ countries, ensuring seamless implementation. Additionally, you will establish and maintain HR policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and compliance standards aligned with local and global requirements. As an HRBP KSA+, you will drive organizational transformation, act as a change ambassador, lead end-to-end recruitment processes to acquire top talent, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Moreover, you will design and deliver onboarding programs, training initiatives, and development plans to support employee growth and success.

• 5+ years of experience in HR business partnering
• Experience working in the healthcare industry

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong knowledge of local and global HR policies and compliance standards
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee relations
