As a Project Manager at UTEC, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with Sales and Presales teams to ensure successful project bids. You will oversee the seamless transition from bidding to operations for project kick-off, defining project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing project schedules, identifying risks, implementing mitigation plans, and ensuring financial tracking for revenue collection and invoicing. Additionally, you will monitor project performance, manage scope changes, coordinate procurement logistics, suppliers, and subcontractors for smooth execution.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication skills along with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. You must have exceptional problem-solving skills and be adept at leading teams effectively. A PMP certification is required for this role along with 7-10 years of experience in Project Management. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred. Experience in managing applications and software projects as well as customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
