They will conduct regular customer service quality review meetings in collaboration with sales teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation of delivery tickets, maintaining equipment maintenance standards, and managing financial aspects such as profit and loss within their assigned geography. They will work closely with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and ensure alignment on pricing strategies. Additionally, this role involves providing technical support to field staff and customers throughout the job process, driving change initiatives for enhanced business performance, and enforcing contract terms effectively.
