We are currently seeking a Director of Business Development (BD) to join Worley Consulting in covering the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will be part of our global consulting organization and will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth through effective sales performance and cultivating client relationships aligned with local and internal strategies. This position requires active collaboration with regional sales teams, consulting operations, sector leads, and inside sales to position our brand effectively and secure profitable work opportunities.

As the Director of Business Development at Worley Consulting, your primary responsibilities will include developing new client relationships at executive levels within the Energy, Chemicals, and Resources sectors in the Middle East region. You will drive client development strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams globally while nurturing existing customer relationships to enhance business advocacy and added value. Additionally, you will lead the development of win plans, call planning processes, pricing strategies, contractual negotiations, as well as contribute to regional sales targets.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess industry-based experience with a deep understanding of Energy, Chemicals, and Resources sectors along with an existing network of clients. Strong leadership skills are essential for executing business growth initiatives effectively. The ability to build partnerships with diverse operational teams globally is crucial for success in this role. Fluency in Arabic would be advantageous but not mandatory.
