As an Inside Sales Manager II at WorleyParsons in Saudi Arabia, your primary objective will be to drive the disciplined application of our Sales Process by collaborating with various stakeholders including Inside Sales, Outside Sales, operations, management, and marketing teams. You will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships before identifying opportunities (Opening Game), strategically positioning us for specific opportunities (Middle Game), and creating high-quality sales messages that align with customer business goals (End Game). Additionally, you will oversee opportunities of all sizes throughout the sales process while ensuring accurate account management information on CSP.
