We are currently seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join our team at our on-site location in KSA. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in IT, preferably in the Retail industry, with a proven track record in building IT solutions. They should possess strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services, along with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. The Infrastructure Manager must also demonstrate effective leadership and team management abilities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
As an Infrastructure Manager at YALLO Retail | Strategy & Talent Unified, you will be responsible for overseeing teams/third-party vendors who manage the overall operations and maintenance of data center infrastructure. This includes servers, storage systems, networking equipment, power and cooling systems, resource allocation, server deployment and configuration, network management, storage administration, security and compliance enforcement, disaster recovery planning, leadership development among other responsibilities.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering. They should have deep knowledge of IT systems such as programming languages and operating systems. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English languages.
