Director of Programs

We are currently seeking a Director of Programs to join our team and lead the design, delivery, and scaling of tablet-based learning solutions for children in Sierra Leone. Working closely with the Executive Director and Head of Programs, the ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with extensive experience in program implementation and stakeholder management within government and educational settings.

As the Director of Programs, your responsibilities will include overseeing the rollout of tablet-based learning programs across Sierra Leone, managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and milestones for program sites, recruiting and training implementation partners and field officers, collaborating with schools and government stakeholders, monitoring program impact through data collection systems, refining strategies based on data insights, conducting training sessions for internal teams and partners, building strong relationships with government officials and key stakeholders, advocating for program adoption within government structures for long-term sustainability, engaging with community leaders to build trust and support for the program.
