We are seeking a strategic and operational leader to join us as the Director of Programs in Sierra Leone. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling tablet-based learning solutions to foster literacy and numeracy among children. Working closely with the Executive Director and Head of Programs, you will oversee the national adoption of our edtech program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program implementation, stakeholder management, and scaling initiatives within government and educational settings.

As the Director of Programs, your key responsibilities will include overseeing the rollout of tablet-based learning programs across Sierra Leone. You will develop project plans, manage budgets and timelines, recruit and train implementation partners, and ensure effective collaboration with schools and government stakeholders. Additionally, you will establish data collection systems to measure program impact, refine implementation strategies based on insights gained from data analysis, conduct training sessions for internal teams and partners, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders including government officials.
