Internal Communications Lead

Golden Agri-Resources, a leading agribusiness company based in Singapore, is seeking an Internal Communications Lead to join their dynamic team. You will oversee the end-to-end production of the company's internal communication portal, ensuring timely dissemination of content covering events across our global operations. Additionally, you will lead employee engagement events and campaigns such as Global Townhall meetings and CSR activities to enhance employee morale and involvement.

As the Internal Communications Lead, you will also focus on developing storytelling and corporate narratives that highlight our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. You will be a key member of the crisis communications committee, providing advice on managing communications during challenging times. Furthermore, you will establish proper governance over internal communications across the entire business and share best practices globally to enhance communication effectiveness.
