We are currently seeking a Senior Process Safety Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. As the Senior Process Safety Engineer, you will play a crucial role in communicating, promoting, and managing our company's vision regarding HSE standards, behavior, and performance. You will be responsible for instilling a 'Process Safety' culture that supports ongoing HSE enhancement through company-wide initiatives. Your duties will include ensuring the availability of resources for developing, documenting, implementing, and complying with process systems and programs to maintain regulatory and environmental compliance.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of supervisory experience. Additionally, you should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the oil and gas industry along with strong knowledge of process safety principles. Being proficient as an HAZOP and PSSR facilitator is highly advantageous. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting site inspections, training sessions, incident investigations, employee performance reviews, as well as leading Process Hazard Analysis (HA) activities on existing and new processes.
