In addition to your leadership responsibilities, you will drive process improvement initiatives by leading Kaizen activities, tracking UPH performance, updating the Engineering Change master list, conducting training sessions for production staff on updated Working Instructions, and providing support during mass production runs. Your expertise in project management, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, compliance knowledge (specifically RBA standards), and ability to work independently will be crucial for success in this role. Ideal candidates should possess a Degree or Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
