Process Engineer ( Chemical) - West Plant

As a Process Engineer (Chemical), your primary responsibilities will include applying chemical knowledge to daily operations, troubleshooting processes, and driving improvements. You will be expected to conduct and interpret Failure Analysis reports using tools such as EDX, FTIR, SEM, and FIB. Collaborating with various stakeholders including production teams and suppliers is essential for investigating and resolving process-related issues. Additionally, you will play a key role in evaluating work procedures, standardizing processes, providing training to operators, handling quality complaints effectively, setting quarterly MBOs for review under Management by Objective framework, and driving continuous cost reduction activities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in chemical industry
• Experience in production processes and troubleshooting
