As a Process Engineer at SGS, you will play a crucial role in designing engineering solutions and processes that support the development and validation of projects. You will be responsible for conducting feasibility testing, preparing comprehensive study reports, and developing conceptual designs with rigorous process calculations. Additionally, you will optimize processes, equipment sizing, and selection from inception through start-up while ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a degree in Chemical Engineering (Chemical Process) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Experience in Terminal Operations Chemical Plants or the Oil & Gas industry is preferable. Strong project management skills and proficiency in managing tank farm projects are essential for success in this role. Knowledge of technical functional areas will enable better coordination and timely decision-making within the team.
