Process Engineer (Lithography)

As a Process Engineer (Lithography) at Silicon Box, you will play a crucial role in the review, acceptance, and setup of machine buyoff, pilot line processes, and their subsequent transfer to production lines. You will be responsible for establishing and updating specifications, workflows, quality documentation, and safety protocols for the production line. Additionally, you will troubleshoot process issues, enhance process capabilities, improve yield and cycle time from customer NPI stage to LVM/HVM stage through SPC control and periodic defect Pareto Analysis.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Microelectronics, Chemical Engineering or relevant disciplines with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Lithography processes. Experience working in Wafer-level Fanout packaging production lines or LCD/FPD production lines is preferred. Knowledge in process engineering, process control engineering, yield enhancement techniques along with experience in SPC, DOE, FEMA, and 8D reports is essential for success in this role.
