Process Engineer

We are currently seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in providing technical support and assessment for terminal operations and maintenance. As a Process Engineer at Vopak, you will be responsible for developing feasibility study reports and basic conceptual designs for storage, pumping, heating, and loading/unloading operations. Your expertise will support both greenfield and brownfield projects to drive business development initiatives forward.

In this role, you will need a Degree in Chemical Engineering (Chemical Process) along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Experience in Terminal Operations or Chemicals plants or Oil & Gas industry is highly preferable. You should possess project management skills as well as proficiency in managing tank farm projects. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the design of engineering solutions, preparing feasibility study reports, developing conceptual designs, facilitating Hazop Studies, ensuring compliance with Vopak Standards, coordinating with vendors on technical specifications, assisting in business development activities, among other key tasks.
