We are currently seeking a Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice and support on various matters related to community schemes legislation, governance structures, and dispute resolution processes. As a Legal Advisor at CSOS, you will be responsible for interpreting complex legal documents, conducting legal research, drafting legal opinions and reports, as well as representing CSOS in legal proceedings when necessary. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations while upholding ethical standards.
The successful candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of experience in a legal advisory role. Knowledge of community schemes legislation and experience in dispute resolution processes will be advantageous. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
