As the Strategic Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing inventory management strategies that enhance customer experience, sales, margin, and turns. You will oversee all aspects of the supply chain process from manufacturer to consumer, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize systems and processes at scale. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring optimal customer satisfaction by maintaining appropriate product quantities in strategic locations at all times.

Key responsibilities include identifying operational improvement opportunities in buying and demand planning, monitoring key supply chain metrics such as Out of Stock rate and Delivery Speed, sharing insights with senior leadership, and optimizing cost structures through vendor engagement and project management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with strong analytical skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously while demonstrating excellent communication abilities.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with demonstrated experience in supply chain operations and inventory management. Project management experience is essential for this role. Preferred qualifications include expertise in process improvement methodologies.   • Monitor and identify opportunities to improve key supply chain metrics such as Out of Stock rate, Overstock Rate, Total Inbound Lead Time, Delivery Speed, and Confirmation/Fill Rates
  • Share supply chain insights and contribute to business reviews for Senior Leadership (verbal and written)
  • Identify opportunities to optimize our supply chain cost structure and profitability through vendor engagement, project management, and collaboration with partner teams on system improvements
