**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee warehouse operations, product assessment, repairs, and finished goods repacking within our growing business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency by defining detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), designing workflow processes, implementing quality controls, and developing performance measurement systems. Additionally, the Operations Manager will focus on capacity planning to support market demand while ensuring compliance and continuously improving processes across all functions.
**Key Responsibilities**
*Process Optimisation*: Define SOPs and quality controls; develop control systems to minimize costs.
*Capacity Planning & Performance Measurement*: Develop plans to meet market demand; set clear performance targets.

**Qualifications & Experience**
The ideal candidate should possess a qualification in Business Operations, Logistics or Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in warehouse management or process optimization.
