As the Operations Manager at DotActiv, your primary goal will be to enhance account loyalty, drive investment, and promote advocacy among our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing contract implementation, growing existing customer accounts, acquiring new accounts, and securing customer buy-in for upcoming innovation projects. Additionally, you will play a key role in talent management at the line level with the support of our HR team.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in business, sales, and staff management within a retail environment is required. Experience in category management would be beneficial.
