A Matric qualification is required, along with a Red Seal Electrical Trade Certificate. Additionally, candidates should possess either a Degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Operations Management. Knowledge of quality control and manufacturing processes is essential, as well as familiarity with relevant electrical standards and regulations. Experience with the Kerridge System will be advantageous.
