Reporting directly to the Director/Managing Executive, the Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, consistent service delivery, stock control, staff performance, and the achievement of sales and profitability targets. This position is ideal for a mid to senior-level professional with experience in the retail environment, particularly within the hardware and building materials sector. The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational efficiency and compliance with company procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight:
- Manage and support the daily operations of multiple store locations.
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
- Monitor store performance and implement improvement strategies.

Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of store staff.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure staff performance meets expectations.
