Reporting directly to the Directors, this pivotal role is instrumental in fostering operational excellence across engineering, drafting, project delivery, and technical sales within our organization. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of 15 professionals and have comprehensive control over the design and implementation of structural systems crucial for our solar and renewable energy solutions. Key responsibilities for this role include heading up various departments such as Engineering, Drafting, Technical (Carport, Ground Mount, Single-Axis Tracker), Project Management & Field Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of solar structure projects—from conceptualization to design to installation. Additionally, they will provide senior engineering expertise across structural systems while engaging in new product development initiatives aimed at cost-effective scalable solutions. The individual will also play a key role in mentoring team members to meet evolving business needs while ensuring alignment between technical teams and broader commercial objectives.
