As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and deploying objectives, goals, strategies, and measures to meet or exceed performance goals across various areas such as safety, quality, cost, service, staffing, and engagement. Leveraging Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies and tools will be crucial in establishing comprehensive continuous improvement processes to enhance productivity, reliability, costs, quality, and safety. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate loss and enable growth by ensuring products are manufactured on time and meet customer demand.

The ideal candidate for this role should hold a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management or related field with significant experience in production/operations roles within a manufacturing plant environment. Experience in leading multiple teams/departments along with achieving project goals by managing resources effectively is essential. Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP is preferred along with experience working in TPM environments. Candidates with FDA/GMP knowledge or experience in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing industries will be given preference. Key Job Requirements:
  • Significant experience working and leading in production / operations roles in a manufacturing plant environment
  • Experience leading multiple teams and/or departments to include direct and indirect reports
  • Experience in achieving project goals and objectives by applying the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources
  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Management or related field
  • Knowledge of an ERP (SAP preferred), manufacturing methods and related equipment
  • FDA / GMP knowledge preferred
