In this role, you will collaborate with the Workshop Team Leader to develop weekly rebuild schedules based on customer demand requirements. You will also be tasked with planning rebuild work to ensure all necessary parts are in stock before commencing operations. Managing the ERP system to process orders and plan production schedules efficiently will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, overseeing inventory control and management to maintain optimal spare parts levels and generating Purchase Orders for required parts will fall under your purview.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a heavy industry setting, preferably in a management or supervisory role. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. The ability to manage teams effectively, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines consistently, and adapt to changing priorities is crucial. Relevant qualifications in refrigeration, mechanics, or a related field are highly desirable.
