As the Operations Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing engineering, drafting, project management, and technical sales functions within our organization. Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on structural solar solutions and ensuring the successful execution of large-scale renewable energy projects. Your strategic mindset and operational expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and operational excellence across all aspects of our business.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a BSc or BEng in Structural, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and over 15 years of experience in engineering and construction, with at least 10 years in leadership roles. You should possess deep knowledge of steel structures, large-scale infrastructure projects, or solar mounting systems (C&I & Utility scale), along with proven abilities in team leadership, technical excellence, and project oversight. Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a passion for renewable energy are essential qualities we are looking for.
