The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Matric/Grade 12 qualification with Mathematics and Science, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sciences or Technology in a relevant engineering field. Additionally, you should have 6-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, including 3-5 years of people management experience. Previous experience as a 16.2 appointee would be advantageous.
