Quantum Foods Holdings Limited, a leading company in the food industry in South Africa, is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our pack station located in Lanseria, Gauteng. As the Operations Manager, you will report directly to the National Packstations Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the pack station. This includes managing the intake process, planning, quality control, sales & distribution functions, inbound and outbound distribution processes, production processes, maintenance of equipment and facilities, and collaboration with the sales team to meet customer demands. You will also be responsible for implementing quality control measures to ensure product standards align with GMP and FSSC V6 requirements.
In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations, you will be tasked with developing and implementing operational plans to optimize efficiency and productivity. You will manage costs and stock effectively while motivating the workforce to achieve set targets. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and health & safety standards is crucial in this role. Furthermore, delivering financial results such as income statements and budgets will be part of your responsibilities as well.
