We are currently seeking a Quality Factory Manager (Apparel) to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include utilizing product technical knowledge and manufacturing experience to approve pre-production samples, analyze and report on Quality KPIs, process style quality queries, monitor delivered quality standards through store visits, and ensure alignment with multiple TFG Brand strategies. The ideal candidate will stay updated on technical developments within the industry and work closely with manufacturers on corrective action plans and TQM projects.
To be successful in this role, candidates must have a relevant technical qualification such as a Degree or Diploma in Clothing Management or Fashion Design, extensive knowledge and experience in pattern making/alterations, fit and design balance, as well as previous experience in apparel manufacturing as a product quality manager or quality technician. Proficiency in MS Office is required along with skills in problem-solving, judgement, self-management, attention to detail, organizational abilities, influencing at all levels, resilience under pressure, self-motivation for personal development.
