We are seeking a Senior VC Research Analyst to join our high-performing, compact team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of investment research.
As a Senior VC Research Analyst at The Nudge Group, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives and design high-precision research pipelines. Working closely with our founding partners, you will be responsible for developing scalable research workflows, automating methodologies, and evolving proprietary tools to deliver benchmarking frameworks and risk models for real-time portfolio analysis. Your work will not only support investment decisions but also drive the investment process itself.
We are looking for a candidate who is a structured thinker with a hacker's mindset—creative, logical, and always iterating. You should have at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in growth/later-stage VC or private equity. A degree in Mathematics, Cybernetics, Data Science, or similar field is required, along with fluency in tools like Python, SQL, Excel; hands-on AI/LLM experience is a major asset. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for this role.
