Associate Global Project Director

As an Associate Global Project Director at Tigermed, you will play a crucial role in leading responsible projects from Bid Defense preparation through project budgeting, revenue tracking, and profit optimization. You will serve as the main point of contact for sponsors and provide guidance to Global Project Managers/Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of assigned studies. Your responsibilities will include overseeing global communication strategies outlined in the Project Management Plan (PMP) to proactively manage risks associated with each study. Additionally, you will ensure that study teams meet sponsor expectations and contractual obligations while providing regular reporting on project metrics, deliverables status, and risk management plans.

To qualify for this position, you must hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Sciences, Pharmacology, or a related field. Alternatively, relevant project management experience may be considered with a college diploma if adequately justified. A minimum of 13 years of industry experience is required, with at least 8 years specifically in project management within the CRO sector being preferred. Proficiency in current drug development processes and regulations including GCP and clinical trial operations is essential. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in local languages would be advantageous. Strong business acumen and skills such as budgeting are desirable qualities for this role.
