Project Manager

About the job Responsibilities: Managing projects focused on customized product and process developments, as well as foundational initiatives. Executing and documenting tasks according to the project management guidelines. Overseeing the entire process chain, from internal proposal stages to the final series transfer. Ensuring adherence to project budgets, deadlines, and delivery performance agreements. Coordinating the core project team, including sales, product management, engineering, optical design, production planning, quality assurance, and manufacturing departments. Providing technical support to sales and product management to create optimized proposals and foster long-term customer relationships. Maintaining and managing the sub-portfolio of products.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams
• - Bachelor's or Master's degree in systems engineering or a related field
• - Several years of experience in industry, preferably as a development engineer or project manager

• - Strong leadership and communication skills
• - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• - Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project
• - Strong project management skills
• - Ability to analyze and solve problems
• - Excellent communication skills
• - Knowledge of photonics, microtechnology, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
