Project Manager

For an important international TCMS project, Teoresi is looking for a Project Manager.


The ideal candidate is an Engineering graduate who has gained at least 3-4 years of experience in Project Management.


Main Activities and Responsibilities:



- Manage the entire TCMS solution and teams involved in all phases of the V-cycle.
- Be responsible for the project planning, milestones, and deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder and third-party subsystems relationships.
- Participates in design reviews internally and with customers to ensure the correct assignment/implementation.
- Change request and defects management.
- Technical escalations management to internal/external organization.
- Coordinate the project teams to ensure the quality, cost, and timelines.
- Evaluate/update project risks and implement mitigation action when necessary.
- Control the project cost and resource allocation.
- English Language.


Desired Skills:





- Knowledge of Train Vehicle functionalities and experience in System/Software Requirements.
- Main vehicle functionalities knowledge.
- Knowledge of standards EN50657, EN50128.
-Technical background in development/testing of TCMS functionalities.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management roles
• Experience leading cross-functional teams

• - Strong leadership and communication skills
• - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• - Proficiency in project management tools and software
