R&D Specialist

The R&D Specialist at Kemiteks Kimya A.Ş will be responsible for reading new standards, designing test methods, evaluating application results, researching raw materials, conducting literature research, answering technical questions from customers, and more. They will also accompany trial productions of new products and prepare necessary analyses and reports.

Key Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with over two years' experience in R&D and innovation management roles.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to plan experiments, analyze results, and draw conclusions
• Proficiency in MS Office
