We are hiring a Business Development Director!

Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for continuous monitoring, analyzing and reporting on industry and competitors, potential business development regions/countries, strategic alliance opportunities and future partners
To analyze value adding investment opportunities and to bring feasible transaction options to the attention of the decision makers
Defining the proper business structure from operational, financial, taxation and legal points of view. Conducting feasibility studies for the projects and presenting the outcome to relevant parties
Coordinates and leads other departments to secure proper evaluation of the project and relevant information flow
Instructing and coordinating external project teams (bankers, legal and financial advisors) for viability, risk assessment and agreement/contract preparation, required till deal closing.
Responsible from managing relationship with the counter parties (ie. Seller, joint venture partner, licensor/licensee, contract manufacturer) and negotiating commercial and legal terms , both at the initial stage and at its continuity
Supporting the integration period upon investment and ensuring proper handing over of the project to operation team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Fluency in English is a must; any other foreign language is a plus (Especially Russian)
Advanced MS Office Skills
No restriction on travel to Russia and other Anadolu Efes Countries
Strong cross-cultural, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Target oriented, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Responsiveness to fast changing conditions and agility
