We are looking for a "Sales & Marketing Director" for our global client that is committed to developing new products that support mothers, babies, and personal health.
Responsible for leading the team of professionals who are involved in the sales and marketing activities of the company. Tracking market developments, creating strategies, setting up sales plans and maintaining customer relationships.
Job Description:
Leading the sales & marketing team,
P&L responsibility,
Responsible for the achievement of the annual sales budget,
Develop, implement and manage the marketing/PR strategy,
Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve business objectives,
Maintaining an effective relationship with almost all key customers to keep a high level of customer satisfaction and meet company objectives,
Directing market channel development activities and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals,
Responsible for all strategic management decisions of all steps of developing marketing strategies for all products,
Developing product positioning, claiming, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share,
Evaluating market research and adjusting marketing strategy to meet consumers’ and health professionals’ insights, changing market and competitive conditions,
Developing the team via effective organization structure, team recruitment, training continuous review and re-alignment with company objectives to minimize turnover,
Monthly management of forecasts for product supply,
Reporting to GM.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree,
At least 10 years of working experience in marketing, brand management and sales management,
A proven track record in marketing and sales,
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills,
Knowledge and application of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques and concepts,
Enthusiastic and creative,
Strategic planning and organizational skills,
Strong motivation, leadership and team management skills,
Analytic mindset.
