We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at the Istanbul location within the Diabetes Division. In this role, you will be responsible for representing Abbott effectively by showcasing comprehensive knowledge of our products and services. Your duties will include researching customer needs, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, developing strategic sales plans to expand our customer base, recruiting and training sales representatives, as well as ensuring company quotas are met through effective leadership of your team.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field, have fluency in English (both spoken and written), three or more years of experience in managing sales within a corporate healthcare/medical device setting, a proven track record of success throughout the entire sales process from planning to closing deals, excellent communication skills along with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities. Additionally, superb leadership skills are essential for driving your team towards meeting revenue objectives.
