We are currently seeking a highly motivated Head of Sales & Service to lead our Medical Technology (MED) segment in Turkey. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role requires strategic planning, strong leadership skills, and a focus on achieving KPI-driven performance within the MED segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth from good to great to excellent by implementing effective sales and service strategies.
As the Head of Sales & Service, you will be tasked with developing and implementing go-to-market strategies for our Strategic Business Units (SBUs) Ophthalmology (OPT) and MicroSurgery (MCS). Your responsibilities will include aligning local activities with global initiatives, setting financial objectives, managing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous improvement efforts. You will also play a key role in organizational development by building and retaining a high-performance team committed to customer success.
Key responsibilities include developing sustainable growth strategies, organizational management utilizing digital technologies, and fostering a culture of success within your team. You will work closely with global teams to convey market needs, analyze market conditions, develop business plans, monitor performance metrics, manage costs effectively, ensure compliance with corporate policies, and drive continuous improvement in sales and service processes.
To qualify for this position, you must have a university degree in Business Administration or Economics, along with demonstrable experience in sales and service leadership roles within the technology sector. A minimum of 10 years of sales experience in high-investment equipment sales is required. Additionally, fluency in English and Turkish is essential.
