As an R&D Engineer - Robotics Hardware at ELSE Tekstil, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robotic systems with a strong emphasis on hardware integration, control, and sensor systems. You will work closely with a team of engineers and developers to design, program, and test robotic components ensuring robustness and efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with the R&D team to explore and prototype innovative automation technologies while staying updated on the latest advancements in robotics to integrate them into projects.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university (PhD is a plus). You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in robotics or automation with proficiency in programming languages such as C++ for embedded systems and Python for testing and prototyping. Familiarity with PLC programming, robotic software and hardware systems, control theory, sensor integration, hands-on hardware design experience, problem-solving skills, English proficiency (spoken and written), flexibility, and openness to learning new technologies are essential qualifications for this role.
