As the Sales Manager for Greiner Bio-One in Turkey, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by overseeing sales, marketing, and operations. This strategic role requires a motivated leader with experience in the life sciences or medical devices industry. Your key responsibilities will include full P&L ownership of the Turkish organization, developing and executing annual business plans, leading cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company values.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales/marketing leadership within medical devices, IVD, or life sciences. You should have a proven track record in a global organization, strong strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and preferably an advanced degree such as an MBA or MSc.
