The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with over 15 years of sales and large account management experience in the FMCG sector. They should be well-versed in sales management within the Middle East and Africa region, with an advanced level of English proficiency (knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus). Strong strategical thinking, analytical skills, and negotiation abilities are essential for success in this position. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate effective planning, execution, coordination, and time management capabilities.

As the New Markets and Business Development Director at Hayat, you will be responsible for managing existing business partners in the MEA region while identifying growth areas and implementing strategies to enhance business results. You will also play a key role in establishing new partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, national retailers, and international retailers in the region. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance is crucial for successful export processes. Additionally, you will monitor market developments, competitor activities, risks, opportunities to develop action plans that align with business objectives.
