As the Director of Engineering reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a key member of our leadership team overseeing property maintenance, safety protocols, and asset protection at Hyde Bodrum. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of Engineering professionals under the guidance of an Engineering Manager. You will also be accountable for budget management, capital projects, preventive maintenance programs, energy conservation efforts, and sustainability initiatives within the resort. Upholding standards and regulatory requirements to ensure operational excellence will be crucial in this role.
