Midis Group is seeking a Sales Manager to join the IGEL team in Turkey. As a Sales Manager at IGEL, you will play a key role in delivering the IGEL value proposition to customers by understanding our solutions and products. You will manage customer expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and utilize forecasting and pipeline management tools to drive sales growth. Your responsibilities will include meeting quarterly and annual sales targets, developing C-level relationships within named accounts, collaborating with internal teams like Inside Sales Representatives and Channel Managers, as well as leading account-based marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a sustained pipeline of opportunities from inception through close while engaging with management and subject-matter experts during the sales cycle.

The ideal candidate for this position must have over 10 years of experience in selling software or hardware to Enterprise/Global customers. You should have a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals by closing large enterprise accounts and possess excellent organization skills with a passion for developing best practices within the virtual team. Strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and proficiency in strategic account planning are essential for success in this role.
