As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for business development in the Istanbul area. This includes developing sales strategies aligned with the company's strategic goals and achieving annual performance targets. You will conduct insights into specific segments such as market trends, industrial landscape, customer development trends, competitors' products, and more. Additionally, you will lead business opportunity exploration within the industry until cooperation is achieved.

Building strong customer relationships is a key aspect of this role. You will maintain existing customer relationships while also carrying out key customer relationship building along the customer organizational structure and decision-making chain. Furthermore, you will assist in supporting domestic sales teams to drive project development work on the client side. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of work experience in the automation industry, strong business expansion skills, excellent interpersonal management skills, proficiency in English (knowledge of Chinese is a plus), and familiarity with drive and control products like VFDs, Servos, PLCs, HMIs.
