**General Qualifications:**
- Graduated from Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, or Electronics Communication Engineering departments
- Proficient in English
- Preferably knowledgeable about SAP
- Efficient use of MS Office programs
- Experienced for 10-15 years (Preferably in the Iron & Steel sector)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and team management capabilities
- Analytical thinking skills
- Residing or willing to reside in Istanbul Anatolian Side and Darıca, Çayırova, Gebze, İzmit
